We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of new automated test systems used in the production. You’ll work closely with electronics and test engineering teams to develop robust, scalable mechanical solutions that improve throughput, reduce assembly time, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical assemblies and fixtures for automated test equipment (ATE)
  • Create modular, stackable, and quick-connect mechanical solutions for high-volume production
  • Collaborate with electronics, test, and manufacturing engineers to deliver systems on time and within budget
  • Manage external suppliers and internal design resources
    • Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering complex mechanical systems in a production or test environment
  • Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Proven ability to deliver under tight timescales with a practical, “minimum viable product” mindset
