Mechanical Design Engineer - Caterham / London

They're now looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services) to join their growing team.

The role You'll be responsible for the mechanical building services design of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a wide variety of commercial and residential projects.

What you'll be doing: Preparing design and calculations in line with CIBSE, BSRIA, BRE and other industry standards Producing specifications, reports, design drawings, and budget costs in accordance with design programmes (Ideally) undertaking thermal modelling using IES-ve or similar software Monitoring building services installations on site, reporting on workmanship, and witnessing testing Managing and supervising projects alongside your Director/Group Leader, ensuring delivery to the highest technical standards Key responsibilities: Develop design concepts through to detailed design, tender, contract, an...
