The successful candidate for this role will be coming in to lead certain Mechanical aspects of projects, right from conception through to completion. The Successful candidate will also be acting as first point of contact from clients, which is fantastic in getting your name out into the market and building relationships with clients in the industry. If you are a senior level Mechanical Engineer and are in the market for a role that will allow you to take the lead on projects, then this really is the golden opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

For this role, other than leading projects you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mechanical design and ensuring that work is completed within expected time frames to an excellent standard. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding Junior/Graduate level Mechanical engineers, ensuring that they have the best exposure to someone with strong experience in the Irish market. The role involves leading projects and acting as the first point of contact with clients to build relationships in the industry.

Qualifications

• Relevant Mechanical Engineering Degree
• 8+ years’ experience in a similar role in the Irish market
• Excellent understanding of Irish Engineering Standards
• Clear ability or previous track record of leading a team
• Experience in large-scale Commercial and Residential projects
• Experience in the full life cycle of design
