Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.ResponsibilitiesManage delivery of engineering and technical activities using process, domain knowledge, and experience.Resolve technical issues, compile reports, provide/review/adopt specifications, coach and mentor others, and build strong stakeholder relationships.Work independently or as part of a small team with limited technical direction.Accountable for designs, developments, and solutions within a specialist subject area.Work on complex engineering problems with high uncertainty.Guide and support less experienced team members.Adhere to Health & Safety standards and ISO standards.Promote cooperation across engineering and other teams.Manage customer relationships and resolve technical/delivery issues.Ensure correct application of procedures, codes, and standards.Contribute to project safety assessments and risk management.Produce, review, and approve technical documentation.Assess implications of changes and maintain engineering configuration.Evaluate technical issues and develop solutions/process improvements.Support project planning, control, and delivery.Make engineering decisions within delegated authority.Act as Technical Authority/Engineering Lead when authorised.Maintain technical knowledge and promote best practice.Contribute to learning from experience (LfE).Support business development and tender processes.Exercise care for health and safety, and adhere to company policies.Experience, Qualifications & SkillsEssentialEngineering degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, with significant demonstrable experience.Chartered Engineer status (or actively working towards it).Experience working collaboratively in multi-discipline teams.Demonstrable experience across a range of task complexities.Good communication skills and ability to interface with other disciplines.DesirableMember of a relevant institute or significant experience and capable of Engineering Council registration.Experience managing engineering scope from concept to full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).Broad experience in commercial or defence projects.Note: For more information about Key Information Documents, the documents provided contain generic information.
