Play a pivotal role in shaping
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
strategy within a major
aerospace actuation
programme. Youll support the delivery of a new
integrated MBSE/MBSA framework
across highly complex
electro-mechanical systems
used in
flight-critical environments . This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity to embed structured
modelling tools and processes
that will be adopted across an entire business unit. Join a collaborative,

of Experience Key Responsibilities: Drive the development and implementation of a fully integrated
MBSE framework
for
aerospace actuation systems Use
CAMEO Systems Modeler
to support execution of technical modelling plans and
process integration Define
procedures ,
modelling standards
and workflows to be deployed across product teams Provide
expert guidance and mentoring
to internal engineers unfamiliar with
CAMEO Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams
to align modelling activities with
systems engineering
needs Deliver critical
documentation ,
process artefacts , and
toolkits
aligned with the aerospace product lifecycle Qualifications
Required Skills: CAMEO Systems Modeler
knowledgeableuser with experience setting up and deploying
modelling frameworks Deep knowledge of
MBSE principles ,
SysML , and lifecycle applications in engineering Strong capability to define and deliver
processes ,
standards , and
training materials Prior experience in
aerospace ,
defence , or other
safety-critical industries Ability to work autonomously and liaise across
engineering functions Desirable Skills: Exposure to
Model-Based Safety Analysis (MBSA) Experience using
CAMEO
for certification or
verification and validation (V&V) Familiarity with wider
MBSE toolchains
such as
MagicDraw ,
IBM Rhapsody , or
Enterprise Architect Required Qualifications: A
Bachelors or Masters degree
in
Systems Engineering ,
Aerospace ,
Mechanical , or related discipline OR
a relevant
technical military background
with equivalent hands-on engineering experience Must be eligible for UK
SC Security Clearance
