The role: This is a hands-on role spanning detailed design, project delivery, and escalated support (4th line). You'll be integral to building resilient and secure networks for key major enterprise customers. You will: Deliver network solutions for key clients involving routing, switching, Firewalls, and load balancing. Lead on complex troubleshooting and escalations across enterprise environments. Manage incidents, problems, changes, and requests against agreed SLAs. Utilise monitoring and ITSM platforms to maintain service excellence. Provide input into architecture and design discussions with senior client stakeholders. Skills and experience: Experience of working closely with senior enterprise client stakeholders for complex networking projects.
