Location: Remote UK with occasional client visits (95% remote)

Must be UK based and eligible to live and work in the UK.

The Role: Senior Network Engineer

As a Senior network engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and maintaining enterprise-level network environments. Your primary focus will be network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime for clients.

You’ll have full ownership of the network infrastructure, providing high-level support and proactive problem-solving while collaborating on key projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end project ownership, from initial technical requirement gathering to overseeing delivery
  • HLD and LLD, SOW and full project documentation
  • Manage the technical element of the delivery of the project
  • Continuous learning: stay up to date with emerging network technologies and best practices.

Skills & Experience Required

The company provides a flexible and supportive working environment, but to excel in this role, you should have:

  • Act as point of escalation for network engineering team
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CCNP or CCNA-level experience in enterprise networking.
  • Strong knowledge of software defined technologies and how they link ACI, DNAC, Nexus Dashboard, SD Access, SD-LAN and / or VXLAN etc.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols
  • Excellent LAN and WAN design and deployment sills
