About The RoleAn exciting opportunity to join a team at the forefront of fuel cell development and to play your part in powering the hydrogen future.You’ll be responsible for the coordination and delivery of complex work packages. Working alongside the Head of Product Development and Programme Manager, you will plan and schedule projects, with ownership for resource requirements, risk and technical quality, to ensure the delivery of effective solutions. You’ll lead the distribution of work packages to outsource providers, managing effective data transfer and ensuring delivery against agreed milestones.About YouYou hold a BEng, BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, or possess a relevant non-degree level qualification alongside suitable industrial experience. Typically, you will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial experience post completion of your degree.You’ve got proven experience of defining and delivering complex technical work packages, coordinating with a cross-functional team. You’ve had responsibility for signing off technical designs and documentation.You enjoy working within multi-disciplinary groups and have a talent for bringing people together to deliver.
