An innovative clean-tech company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to help scale up breakthrough CO₂ utilisation processes, converting carbon dioxide and hydrogen into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and petrochemicals. The company is expanding rapidly and deploying its first demonstration plant.

As a Senior Process Engineer you will play a pivotal role in:

• Leading process design packages, modelling, and documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, balances).
• Optimising catalytic conversion and separation systems, including pilot plant operations.
• Translating lab data into scalable, reliable process solutions.
• Contributing to HAZOP/HAZID studies and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Acting as mentor to junior engineers and support techno-economic studies.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in chemical/process engineering (Minimum requirement)
• Strong process engineering experience, ideally with scale-up exposure
• Expertise in catalytic processes/hydrocarbon synthesis/separations
• Fluency in Mandarin (essential)
