We’re partnering with a growing technology solutions provider to hire a hands-on Senior Project Engineer. This is a chance to lead key IT projects, drive improvements, and support both customers and internal teams across multiple business units.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver IT projects: onboarding, system transformation, migrations, and audits
• Identify IT improvements for customers (security, systems, hardware) and propose solutions
• Support escalations from the service desk and mentor junior team members
• Conduct system testing, automation checks, and knowledge sharing
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow ITIL practices
• Contribute to technical standards, processes, and revenue-generating opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Modern Workplace technologies and virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware, containers)
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Switching, Wireless)
• Relevant certifications: Microsoft Associate or above, CCNA or higher, AWS/GCP desirable, ITIL/PRINCE a plus
• Citrix experience beneficial but not essential
• Scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
• Flexible for occasional travel and weekend work
