We’re looking for aSenior Delivery Engineerto lead the charge in delivering our Capital Maintenance programme across our Water Supply business. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Delivery Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of capital maintenance projects. Reporting to the Storage Points Delivery Manager, you’ll:

Lead end-to-end project delivery, from prioritisation to execution.

Represent operational risks and drive value-focused outcomes.

Ensure compliance with technical standards, CDM regulations, and health & safety.

Manage and mentor a team of Project Engineers.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and with external partners.

Oversee regional maintenance programmes and ensure accurate reporting.

Champion a proactive safety culture and conduct high-level site audits.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

Extensive experience in water supply processes and capital project delivery.

Strong contract and budget management skills.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.

High-level cost, risk analysis, and programme control expertise.

A-Level education or equivalent (degree in engineering or related field desirable).

Recognised professional engineering qualification (highly desirable).

Advanced health & safety qualification (minimum IOSH level).
Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

Degree in engineering or related field.

Chartered Engineer status.

Experience working with regulators and framework partners.
