Role: IT Project Engineer

Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid 2 Days WFH)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Were partnered with a leading MSP in Portsmouth thats growing fast and delivering serious infrastructure and cloud projects to some of the regions biggest clients. Theyre now looking for a Senior IT Project Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery from migrations and deployments to complex infrastructure upgrades.

This is a hybrid role (2 days WFH) where youll work closely with senior technical leaders, deliver cutting-edge cloud and infrastructure solutions, and carve a clear progression route into Architecture, Consultancy, or Senior Leadership.

If youre an experienced engineer whos ready to move past tickets and focus on projects that make an impact, this is your chance to step into the big leagues.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Windows Server & Active Directory
  • Advanced Hyper-V/VMware knowledge
  • Proven background in delivering infrastructure projects migrations, deployments, upgrades
  • Good understanding of networking, firewalls & VPNs
  • Exposure to Azure/cloud platforms (ideal)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • MSP background highly desirable
