Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Project Ownership: Full responsibility for control and delivery of projects following handover through to final offshore installation. Cost Control: Achieve project margin and financial targets. Schedule Adherence: Deliver projects on time and within scope. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Team Leadership: Support and develop junior staff assigned to you, acting as a line manager and mentor. Key Duties and Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution Lead the delivery of significant/complex projects against agreed timeframes and budgets. Own the project from handover through to final commissioning and closeout. Act as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients and third parties. Define, manage, and monitor project schedules, identifying critical path activities and ensuring QA/QC elements are included. Ensure all company policies (HSEQ) and ISO 18001/9001/14001 standards are followed.
