Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and pragmatic Senior QA Engineer / Senior Product Test Engineer to join the Wireless Logic QA team. Reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Developer Enablement & Platform Foundations Squad, empowering product teams and customers by architecting and building a secure, scalable, and resilient platform foundation that accelerates innovation, enhances developer productivity, and ensures operational excellence.

Your Daily Quest

  • Bring a product-driven approach to internal tooling, where Wireless Logic engineers themselves are the customer.
  • Collaborate within an agile delivery team with developers and stakeholders to provide a high-quality developer experience and ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases to validate performance and maintain quality across platforms.
  • Help define, build and improve automated testing processes, continuously driving quality in both platform and application testing.

The Secret Sauce (Key Experience & Skills)

  • Shift-left and automation-first approach.
  • Building testing frameworks and pipelines from scratch.
  • Experience with Docker, creating and building images.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, deploying, debugging and monitoring services.
  • Highly self-driven and independent, with ownership of outcomes and results.
  • Strong technical communication skills, ability to explain findings clearly.
  • Problem-solving mindset, eager to challenge the status quo and share knowledge.

Desired Skills (Bonus Points)

  • Cloud environment experience, ideally AWS.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Playwright.
  • Experience with evaluating and implementing new approaches and tools to enhance team efficiency.
