What we’re looking for

We’re looking for people who let curiosity and interest lead them. We don\'t expect to have a team of "experts". What we do expect is our Senior Quality Engineers to be inquisitive, challenge and take initiative. You\'ll have a well-rounded skillset so you can proudly wear the hat of a 'Full-Stack' Tester. You’ll understand the entire testing lifecycle from exploratory testing, automation, functional and non-functional testing. Our projects and clients are diverse, so depth and specialism in key areas is essential, but we look for people who have a hunger to develop and expand their skillset.

You’ll need to be...

• A lover of code! We\'re looking specifically for Python expertise in developing automation scripts using Pytest.
• Commercially experienced with Kubernetes: deploying, testing, and troubleshooting applications in containerised environments.
• Confident working with SQL to uncover insights and validate data integrity.
• Experienced in BDD testing frameworks, particularly Cucumber/Gherkin.
• Experienced with pipeline integration for CI/CD.
• Commercially experienced working in cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure.
• A collaborative communicator. We value diversity of thought, where being open in your comms style and a valued team player is essential!
• Interested in coaching and mentoring other team members; previous experience doing this is a key differentiator for our Senior team.
• Experienced working in an Agile environment and highly familiar with Agile methodologies.
