Overview

Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential, mixed-use and student accommodation schemes across the country.

The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on a project in Camden, North West London. The development consists of 550 units, high rise RC Frame build, total value £250m.

Responsibilities

• You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into Head of Commercial.

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience on commercially leading high rise RC Frame developments in excess of £100m.

Compensation

In return, our client is offering £90k - £95k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top
