We’re hiring a Senior RF Design Engineer for a permanent hybrid role in Northamptonshire (three days onsite).

Package

• £50,000–£75,000 salary + 3–6% bonus
• 25 days’ holiday (with option to buy five more)
• 5% matched pension and life cover
• 40-hour working week

The role

Responsible for designing, simulating and testing RF circuits and systems, ensuring compliance and supporting integration across wider engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ RF design experience
• Strong RF/microwave engineering background
• Proficiency in RF design and simulation tools
• Experience with RF PCB layout
• Knowledge of industry standards
• Must be a British citizen or eligible for SC clearance
