As part of their ongoing EMEA expansion, they are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join a high-performing Pre-Sales team.This is a high-priority hire reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Engineering, supporting 3 Account Executives across the UK, Ireland, Benelux, and Nordics. The RoleAs a Senior Sales Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the sales cycle, acting as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers. You’ll collaborate closely with sales teams to design tailored solutions, run technical proof of value engagements, and deliver compelling product demonstrations to both business and technical stakeholders. This is an ideal role for someone who loves pre-sales, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and has a strong understanding of web technologies. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales to guide enterprise customers through the technical sales process, from discovery to successful platform adoption.Deliver high-impact, customised demos and presentations to C-suite and technical audiences.Lead Proof of Value (POV) engagements, define success metrics, and run hands-on workshops.Confidently handle technical discussions on integrations, deployment, data privacy, and web architecture.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to remove deal blockers and shape future product enhancements.Stay current on SaaS industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to strengthen solution expertise. Qualifications5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with enterprise/Fortune 500 clients.3+ years of pre-sales / solutions engineering experience within SaaS or enterprise software.Strong technical understanding of HTML & CSS.Fluency in French or German is strongly preferred.Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.Familiarity with value-based selling frameworks such as MEDDICC.Experience working in fast-growth SaaS or scale-up environments.
