Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to coordinate and oversee civil and structural works in Belfast, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This is a varied and challenging role, offering excellent exposure and career growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate site activities with staff, subcontractors, and the design team.Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement of labour, parts, and materials.Prepare reports, method statements, and commissioning schedules.Ensure compliance with HSQE standards, carrying out inspections and risk assessments.Track and approve submittals, deliveries, and technical queries.Lead and document technical/quality meetings and site walkdowns.Motivate and manage site teams to deliver projects to specification.Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in MS Office, project software, and ACAD.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsDegree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).3+ years’ experience in a similar role.Full EU/Irish driving licence.Strong knowledge of engineering, construction, and design.Relevant H&S site management training.PackageCompetitive salary and benefits.Company van and fuel card.Pension contributions.Laptop, phone, and CPD support.Clear opportunities for professional development and career progression. #J-18808-Ljbffr
