We are supporting a FinTech AI Product Company seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their FULLY REMOTE engineering team in the UK.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with the CTO, influencing product direction, making key technical decisions, shaping architecture, overseeing project delivery, and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience with Python, TypeScript, React, AWS, PostgreSQL, and GenAI. Experience with other backend languages such as Go, Elixir, Clojure, Ruby, C++, or Haskell is a plus.
2. Proven leadership in managing projects and teams within fast-paced, innovative environments.
3. Ability to define technical decisions and architecture alongside the CTO.
4. Strong decision-making skills and a passion for engineering excellence.
5. Experience in fintech or AI is highly advantageous.
