Senior Software Engineer
with deep expertise in C#/.NET to help design and deliver the next wave of their core platforms. You'll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative environment where engineering drives the business forward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working end-to-end across backend, web, and mobile solutions, while also engaging directly with stakeholders to shape and influence outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Engineer and maintain platforms that simplify payments and optimise business processes.
Partner with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Provide accurate delivery estimates and ensure high-quality output aligned to industry standards.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and ensure best practices across the development lifecycle.
Act as a mentor within the team, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Strong professional background in the
Microsoft .NET stack .
Proven hands-on expertise in:
C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, RESTful APIs
Unit testing frameworks.
Excellent
stakeholder management
skills - comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable applications.
Experience working in
Agile delivery environments .
Understanding of modern development practices and coding standards. Desirable (Nice to Have): Exposure to
WCF
and
Windows Services .
Experience moving or modernising applications for cloud platforms.
