How will you make an impact in this role?

In the role of Engineer I, you will be responsible for taking on the role of an individual contractor for the GSM applications which is critical in the Amex environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Science Engineering, IT,or related field required; Advanced Degree . 10+ years of hands-on experience in implementing large data-warehousing projects, strong knowledge of latest Data Engineering projects, Data Strategy & should have understanding if Informatica, Big Data, Mainframes and AR, GL data Proven experience in Data Engineer, Reporting on large datasets, Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica, Other Programming Java, Python Understanding of AMEX platform like LUMI, Informatica, Talend, Mainframes, AR and GL Data

Qualifications:

Strong systems integration architecture skills and a high degree of technical expertise, ranging across several technologies with a proven track record of turning new technologies into business solutions. Experience managing in a fast paced, complex, and dynamic global environment. Outstanding influential and collaboration skills; ability to drive consensus and tangible outcomes, demonstrated by breaking down silos and fostering cross communication process.
