You’ll collaborate closely with a diverse team to create software solutions that are impactful, efficient, and forward-thinking. This role also requires the interpersonal skills to communicate, mentor and learn effectively, and contribute meaningfully to our technical evolution.## Duties/Responsibilities:* Daily analyzing and designing reliable & scalable Engineering solutions.* Collaborating and guiding the team to bring solid software to production.* Providing technical context and finding key points to boost the best decisions.* Bringing fresh views on Frontend, Backend and Software strategies.* Communicating and documenting solutions, so they can optimally go through building phases.* Design scalable & maintainable solutions to absorb the significant usage growth we are facing.* Being an active player while building our software, able to take and/or clarify the most difficult aspects.* Enforcing best practices, advocating for clean code and helping others succeed through Engineering review processes.## **Required Skills/Abilities:*** You have strong technical skills and solid conceptual foundations.* Experience with Typescript, Node.js, gRPC, Kafka, Mongo DB, React, GraphQL, CSS.* You love Distributed Software, Cloud solutions, Microservices & Serverless Architectures.* You are committed to building highly reliable & scalable systems.* You are eager to learn, screen those learnings and apply the best suited for a bounded context.* You have experience in discussing, spiking & benchmarking Engineering solutions.* You speak fluent English.* Familiarity with Reactive & Domain Driven Architectures.* Demonstrates values which are important to us: teamwork, proactive attitude, accountability, ownership, continuous learning and growth, transparency, empathy, inclusivity.**Education and Experience:*** *Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.** *At least seven (7) years related experience required.*UserTesting is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
