What youll need
Technical expertise in Java, with experience from project inception to production, valuing well-tested software and feedback.
Experience with Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, JSON, Microservices, Kafka, and Postgres.
Understanding of architecture and cloud-native principles.
Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Familiarity with test-driven development.
Experience with container environments like Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, preferably GCP.
Experience automating CI/CD with tools like Jenkins, Spinnaker.
Passion for fostering an inclusive culture.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and mentor.
Growth mindset and Agile principles familiarity.
Location and Hybrid working Based in London, with some travel. Expect at least two days per week in the office, with home-working options.
