Were hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a nimble, high-ownership team where experimentation, data, and continuous learning drive everything we do. You'll contribute to the development of seamless, high-performance customer onboarding and checkout experiences - critical touchpoints in our product journey. Youll also help design and maintain the end-to-end tracking and experimentation infrastructure that powers our marketing and analytics. This is a mission-critical role interfacing with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams.

Our frontend is built with a modern stack including React, Next.js, GraphQL, and deployed via Vercel. With minimal legacy constraints, were able to move quickly and maintain a high bar for performance and quality.

This is an office based role, located in Euston London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
What Youll Work On

Development of the customer-facing onboarding journey. Working with a tech-stack including: React, GraphQL, Typescript, Vercel
Setting up and driving regular experimentation, advocating for A/B testing and data-driven decision making
Continuous management of Meta Pixels, Google Ads Tags, and Google Tag Manager to ensure consistent and accurate event tracking across platforms, including TikTok, Meta, Google, Pinterest, StackAdapt, etc.
Working with the Marketing team to configure custom conversion events and integrations for advanced campaign performance measurement. Maintain and continuously improve our tracking architecture across the onboarding journey
Proactively monitor tagging infrastructure and debug issues using tools like Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Assistant, and browser dev tools.
Able to investigate and resolve tracking discrepancies between ad platforms, analytics tools (e.g. GA4)
Work closely with our Growth, Creative, and Product teams to support A/B testing and new feature rollouts with correct analytics implementations.
Act as a technical advocate for marketing to ensure full measurability and tracking fidelity.

What Were Looking For

5+ years in software engineering roles
Strong experience in React, GraphQL, and TypeScript
Familiarity with Vercel, Next.js, and modern CI/CD workflows
Deep understanding of building customer-facing journeys (onboarding, checkout)
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing tracking/tagging infrastructure for marketing platforms.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Business Center, GA4, GTM, and Pinterest Ads.
Ability to debug tracking issues across browsers, analytics, and ad platforms.

Preferred

Understanding of and appreciation for GDPR compliance in tracking environments.
