Accountabilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance
• Design and implement scalable, cloud-based architecture with a focus on performance and reliability
• Manage and optimize large-scale data systems, handling over one billion records efficiently
• Implement robust data engineering practices to address complex data challenges
• Review code and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Mentor intermediate engineers and provide technical guidance on complex projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in C# and .NET software development
• Strong expertise in data engineering, including handling and processing large datasets
• Proven experience designing, managing, and delivering complex technical projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize data handling processes
• Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Leadership experience in mentoring engineers and guiding technical initiatives
• Knowledge of scalable system design and architecture
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote team and understand the impact of your collaboration
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Desirable Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with React and AWS
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and applications
