Senior Software Engineer – Java (Digital Consultancy) – London – Hybrid – Up to £85K

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing UK digital consultancy (500+ strong) with offices in London.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join a cross-functional agile team delivering innovative solutions across industries like finance, e-commerce, gaming, and more.

You’ll work alongside engineers, QA, product, and design to build robust systems that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop scalable, testable, and well-architected Java applications and RESTful APIs.
• Integrate and maintain databases and third-party APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure top-quality performance.
• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and coaching.
• Other: Third-party API integrations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with cloud services and CI/CD.
• Advocates for best practices like automated testing, code reviews, and pair programming.
• Comfortable with client-facing discussions.
• Enjoys collaborating in agile teams and mentoring others.
• Consultancy experience would be ideal, with a track record of delivering solutions to multiple clients across industries.
