Senior Software Engineer – Help Build the Financial Backbone of the Non-Profit World | £85k–£95k | 5 Days Onsite (London)


One of the most unique early-stage startups hiring in London right now is looking for two mission-driven Senior Engineers to help redefine what giving looks like for the next century.

Founded earlier this year by a repeat founder with previous exits, and backed by 18 months of runway, this company is building a new financial infrastructure for charities and non-profits.

With a lean team of ~10, early traction from 25–30k donors, they’ve reached early product–market fit and are preparing for US expansion and a major funding round in 2026. They’re now hiring two foundational engineers to help evolve their early product into a scalable, global platform.


Role Requirements

Ideal experience includes:

  • 5+ years with TypeScript, React, Node.js
  • Strong Postgres and AWS (ECS, RDS, S3)
  • Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred)
  • Willingness to work with their Nix-based deployment system
  • Experience in 0→1 or early-stage environments
  • Strong communication and ownership mindset

You'll collaborate closely with both the founding team and the Head of Engineering, contribute to architecture from day one, and have real influence on how the platform scales.
