Associate Director-UK Software Engineering

Senior Software Developer – .NET (Either commercial experience of WinForms or React)

80% hands on, 20% coaching, mentoring, light touch management

Remote-first (1 day/month in office in Leicestershire)

up to £60,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Our client are an established software business that builds and maintains a large-scale, enterprise-grade product used by household brands across the UK. With 15–20 years of proven success behind us and a transformation programme underway, we’re modernising our tech, architecture, and culture—and we’re looking for a Senior developer who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the code as well as mentor and a light touch of management.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll be part of a supportive Scrum Team and work on;

• New feature development – improving and extending our enterprise WinForms application
• Greenfield projects – working on our next-generation, SaaS-based platform using modern web and mobile stacks
• Supporting the BAU squad – helping resolve live customer issues and bugs when at capacity

Their product is enterprise level and complex—600+ DLLs, interconnected solutions, cloud-hosted core systems, and new mobile tools in React Native and Xamarin. You won’t get bored!

• C#
• .NET
• SQL Server

Newer Direction:

• React & React Native
• MAUI
• Microservices
