Workonomics is partnering with a company fundamentally transforming how software is built. They\'re building infrastructure that makes AI-powered development work at enterprise scale.

So far this year, the company has grown to 2M users with global adoption across the FTSE-500, and quadrupled enterprise ARR, closing multiple 7-figure deals. They strongly believe that the differentiator between good and great AI tooling is amazing user interactions.

So, they’re now moving to a new design system and brand identity. They’re exploring a new information architecture that supports the AI workloads they’re introducing.

They need a Senior+ level Engineer with great taste for Product Design, to own and drive their frontend area forward.

This role will suit someone who:

• enjoys crafting pixel-perfect components and refined interactions
• wants to solve high-impact technical challenges e.g. identifying and addressing frontend performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and developer experience improvements
