About the Role:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using the Microsoft stack (C# .NET, Azure)
• Drive front-end development to deliver intuitive and visually engaging user experiences
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the team
• Collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams to deliver elegant, maintainable solutions
• Apply DevOps best practices to streamline the delivery pipeline
• Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role while staying hands-on with the code.

A Senior or Lead Software Developer with:

• Deep expertise in C# .NET and Azure
• Modern Front End Application Development with Blazor or React
• A strong focus on UI/UX, with a belief that great design elevates functionality
• A passion for clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• An appreciation for Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience mentoring others and leading by example
• A curiosity for emerging tech like AI development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot)
