This role is focused on building and scaling a technical recruitment function within a growing organisation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with non-technical stakeholders to understand challenges and design user-focused recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and place candidates for Python-related roles (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and related technologies.
• Build, test, and deploy scalable processes for candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies, code reviews, and documentation; promote best practices in continuous delivery and infrastructure-as-code where applicable.

Requirements for Success

• Strong Python knowledge and proven web development experience.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams to translate technical needs into hiring requirements.
• Experience with modern frameworks and cloud platforms; ability to discuss scalability and performance in a hiring context.
• Engages in a proactive, detail-oriented approach and is excited by high-visibility, high-impact projects.
