Overview

We’re building out a modern SaaS platform and are looking for a Tech Lead/Senior Engineer to guide a cross-functional engineering team. You’ll shape technical strategy, mentor engineers, and partner with Product and Design to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design and technical decisions for complex, distributed platforms.
• Drive best practices around CI/CD, automated testing, and quality ownership.
• Mentor and develop engineers, raising technical standards across the team.
• Collaborate with Product & Design to deliver solutions that balance speed, value, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud (AWS), Java, and TypeScript.
• Excellent communicator who can translate technical trade-offs into business value.
