ViVA Tech Talent are working with a high-growth global fintech who are expanding their engineering team and seeking experienced .NET backend engineers at multiple levels - from Software Engineer to Principal Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-native backend systems and APIs using C#/.NET
• Contribute to distributed, event-driven architectures with messaging and caching technologies
• Implement robust testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineers to deliver secure, performant solutions
• Mentor engineers at senior levels and influence software delivery practices

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in software engineering with strong C#/.NET skills
• Solid grasp of OO design principles, design patterns, and refactoring
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, MSMQ) and caching (e.g., Redis)
• A passion for building reliable, secure, and maintainable systems
• For Senior & Principal roles: proven ability to mentor, lead technically, and influence software delivery
