It’s more than a job. In this role you will bridge the product vision and technical execution, translating Product Manager goals into a clear technical roadmap. You’ll act as a sparring partner, coach, and mentor for the technical team, guiding them to develop their skills, overcome challenges, and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the warehousing system ATLAS is scalable, reliable and secure.
  • Develop and propose coding guidelines, conduct thorough code reviews, and enforce best practices to deliver high-quality software.
  • Refine software development processes to boost efficiency and align with the overall product strategy.
  • Take ownership of solving complex technical challenges and make decisions that keep the product on track.
  • Mentor junior colleagues in understanding and effectively implementing functional requirements.
  • Develop robust testing strategies, both automated and manual, to ensure the product performs as intended.
  • Optimize build, deployment, and operational processes to maintain reliability and prevent downtime.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and oversee software updates and releases to ensure seamless delivery and execution.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in software development, ideally for WMS (specifically BY WMS). Experience in overseeing full lifecycle software development projects is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop software engineers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • Advanced knowledge in system architecture, software design patterns, and coding standards. Hands-on experience with multiple programming languages and technologies, such as Java, Oracle & Microsoft SQL, Linux, MOCA, Page Builder.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing and refining agile development processes. Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement practices.
