As a Senior Engineer, you'll provide strategic and technical input, guide architectural decision-making, and deliver high-impact features.
- You'll be building out a critical component of the product, a management system that focuses on helping customers become more environmentally friendly by reducing waste.
- You'll manage a feedback loop to and from customers on real-world usage, allowing you to iterate on your design and implementations accordingly.
- You'll be hands-on, but also contribute to raising the level of more junior engineers around you and engaging cross-squad on initiatives to make the technology department happier, healthier and more productive.
This will suit someone who is already a well-established senior engineer; you may even have been a senior in multiple previous roles. The technical bar is very high, so you'll need to bring your 'A' game!
