What you’ll do

• You possess extensive experience in modern web application development, with a strong foundation in .NET Core or ASP.NET Core, SQL, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
• You are adept at crafting well-thought-out solutions to complex challenges and are eager to amplify your impact, including mentoring the next generation of engineers.
• Lead projects within our mature team and drive technical excellence. Expand knowledge of modern engineering approaches including working with AI and ML, and work with a range of modern web technologies including .NET Core, React, and Angular, alongside cloud services like AWS, Azure, and Firebase.
• Collaborate with top-tier clients as part of a forward-thinking digital consultancy, shaping technical direction and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Deliver software that meaningfully impacts clients and enhances end-user experience while upholding a high standard of service.

Qualifications and experience

• Extensive experience in modern web application development with .NET Core or ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency with SQL and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership.
• Experience working in agile environments and with modern engineering practices.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, open, and supportive approach.

Location, sponsorship, and checks

• Remote-friendly role with occasional travel to our Nottingham office (approximately once a month).
• You will be required to undertake screening and pre-employment checks, including a DBS check; adverse checks may affect offer of employment.
• We do not hold a sponsor’s licence; you must have an existing right to work in the UK to progress your application.
