What We’re Looking For

• Software Engineering: Skilled in designing, coding, testing, and documenting complex applications


• Testing: Able to apply a range of functional and non-functional testing techniques and communicate results clearly


• Service Support: Confident in diagnosing and resolving issues, and supporting others


• Communication: Comfortable translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and managing stakeholder expectations

Location: The locations for this role are Newport, Titchfield (Fareham), London and Manchester.

Hybrid working model: We operate a flexible hybrid working model across the UK, with colleagues linked to one of our contractual locations and working between office and remote throughout the week. As part of the hybrid working arrangement there is a 40% minimum office attendance requirement.

Salary: £43,013 - £46,654 (National) / £47,731 - £50,020 (London). Plus a skills allowance of up to £5,000 (non-pensionable and non-contractual) may be payable. Starting salary and level of skills allowance will depend on a technical skills assessment at interview.
