Recognised for delivering some of the UK's most technically demanding projects, this is an excellent chance to take on a varied and rewarding role within a highly regarded business.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver structural steelwork design in line with codes and standards.Undertake member and connection design using Tekla Structural Designer, Tekla Portal Designer, and Masterseries.Manage design budgets and report to the Head of Design.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Mentor graduate engineers and support their development.Contribute to company QA processes and continuous improvement.Candidate ProfileMinimum 10 years' experience in structural steel design.Degree-qualified, ideally progressing towards Chartered or Incorporated status.Proficiency in steelwork design software.Strong communication and organisational skills.Experience in temporary works design desirable.Package & Benefits£50,000 - £60,000 DOE33 days holiday (including bank holidays & Christmas shutdown)Pension (5% employer / 3% employee)Life Assurance (4x salary)37.5-hour contract with flexitimeBonus scheme & referral programmeFree on-site parking, discounts portal, and company events #J-18808-Ljbffr
