Role Overview:We are partnering with a leading specialist engineering consultancy based in Cheshire. Due to continued business expansion, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects, including football stadiums, major event arenas, railway stations, and MOD/defence buildings.Key Responsibilities:Conduct complex structural calculations and analyses.Develop detailed structural engineering designs to ensure the safety and resilience of structures under various conditions.Utilise computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify structural plans.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.Chartered Engineer status (MICE or MISTructE) is desirable.Proficiency in structural analysis and design.Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and standards.Experience with CAD and structural analysis software.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.On Offer:Salary up to £65,000 per annum.Generous performance-based bonus scheme.25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.Life insurance.Payment for professional subscriptions/memberships.Training towards chartered professional review/membership.Employee assistance programme.Flexible working hours and opportunity to work from home.Free onsite parking.Flexible benefits packages including: Cycle to work scheme, Electric vehicle lease scheme.Application Process:If you are a Senior Structural Engineer and you are looking to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment, we would love to hear from you.
