OverviewAn experienced Subsidence Engineer is required to join a Market leading Subsidence Claims Management Company where you will be part of a Specialist Subsidence Technical Team of vastly experienced and qualified Engineers and Technical Claims Handlers.Key responsibilities:Carrying out technical assessments and investigation of large, complex claims predominantly desk based with the requirement to attend site as required.Handling claims involving landslips, sinkholes/voids etc.Attend site visits to manage risks and emergency worksOversee complex repair schemesProvide detailed reports and costs for individual claims and claim stagesLiaise with contractors and all relevant external suppliersWork closely with and support the Contractor Network ManagerHelp with Subsidence AuditsReview and adjust repair rates and schedulesAbout youYou will be a real team player, highly driven and self-motivated.Have excellent interpersonal skillsBe well organisedHave a real passion for what you are doingExperience requiredTechnical Subsidence experience essentialCEng, MICE, MRICS, MCIOB or equivalentExtensive experience in a similar roleDetailed engineering knowledgeExcellent knowledge of insurance and an understanding of insurance liabilityBe able to drive and a full clean driving licenceSalary & Benefitsup to £60,000 per annumPension 8%Company Car or Car allowance £5,000 per annumPMI4x Life Insurance3 months probationary period #J-18808-Ljbffr
