Key Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities including requirements capture, architecture, safety analysis, validation and verification.
• Define system behaviour, operating modes, interfaces, and integration points.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve design challenges.
• Promote reuse of proven designs and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by shaping and refining engineering processes.
• Deliver work within agreed project budgets and timelines.

Skills & Experience

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Systems, Electrical, Electronic, or related engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and governance.
• Hands-on experience with requirements management and modelling tools (e.g. DOORS, Polarion, JAMA).
• Familiarity with MBSE, embedded software within systems, and safety-critical analysis.
• Knowledge of power systems or power electronics advantageous.
• Exposure to agile delivery methods such as sprints, scrums, or Jira is a plus.
