Permanent opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer with a globally leading consultancy specialising in defence and aerospace. Hybrid working patterns with an office in Reading. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + comprehensive benefits package.

What will the Senior Systems Engineer be doing?

As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be working on a range of aerospace, defence and national security projects where you’ll add innovative thinking and ideas to systems engineering processes. You will be:

• Working in experienced teams to solve problems
• Developing solutions to complex, real life problems
• Creating, planning and implementing engineering solutions
• Communicating solutions and stakeholder management

We need the Senior Systems Engineer to have….

• Some systems engineering experience, we’re open to different backgrounds and experience levels
• Willingness to learn application of Systems thinking & Systems Engineering Tools and Techniques
• We can continue training, formal certifications and degrees, we just need you to be future thinking and ready to push your systems engineering career
