Senior Systems Integration Engineer Location: Warton, UK Duration: 12 month contract Rate: £39.51/ Hour (+£5.74/ hr holiday pay) OR £53.24 Umbrella We seek an engineer who has worked in a military / defence environment / industry within the last 12 months or who is capable of obtaining security clearance (SC level minimum)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Integration Engineer to join the Engineering Integration team. This role focuses on the integration and technical management of complex systems, ensuring customer requirements are translated into effective solutions and delivered across the full engineering lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Support delivery of engineering programmes to meet time, cost, quality, and performance requirements. Contribute to technology integration and risk reduction activities. Maintain Engineering Statements of Work across multiple disciplines and stakeholders. Deliver technical management and integration tasks to support programme needs. Engage with major suppliers to ensure technical alignment and governance. Support application of engineering lifecycle management, including design reviews and demonstrator development. Review and approve technical proposals from internal teams and external partners. Ensure compliance with company safety, health, and environmental policies.

Essential Skills 5+ years' experience in systems integration or related engineering discipline. Strong knowledge of engineering processes and lifecycle management.

Desirable Skills Experience in defence, aerospace, or complex systems engineering environments. Familiarity with systems engineering methods for requirements capture, design synthesis, and validation. Technical risk management capability.
