• Plan and drive testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle
• Design, develop and maintain both manual and automated test cases and scripts
• Collaborate across teams to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements and design
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing
• Analyse test results, report defects, and provide clear feedback to engineers and product owners
• Guide and coach junior test engineers
• Manage and coordinate releases, including post-deployment verification
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to best practices and standards
  
  

• Minimum 5 years' experience in software testing, both manual and automated
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with scripting or programming (Java, Python - desirable)
