Benefits: Company van, high-spec IT equipment, 4 weeks holiday + bank holidays, pension, ongoing training and development About the Role Our client, a specialist in high-performance HVAC solutions, is seeking an experienced Service & Maintenance Engineer with both Air Conditioning and Gas qualifications to join their growing national team. This role is key to ensuring customers receive exceptional service, reliability, and technical expertise across a wide range of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Youll work on a variety of equipment, from GHP and VRV systems to AHUs and boilers, while playing a hands-on role in achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Service and maintain Panasonic and Yanmar GHP units, AHU systems, split, VRV, and VRF systems, and boiler systems. Diagnose system faults efficiently and accurately, ensuring first-time fixes wherever possible. Identify and report potential future system failures and maintenance issues. Complete F-Gas and Gas Safe reports and ensure all compliance documentation is accurate. Respond to call-outs and breakdowns for critical HVAC systems. Travel to multiple client sites across the UK to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. Assist in commissioning, troubleshooting, and client training on system use. Complete all required risk assessments, service reports, and technical documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. Support continuous improvement and innovation across service and maintenance processes. About You Qualified in Gas Safe and F-Gas disciplines (essential). Proven experience in servicing and maintaining a range of HVAC systems. Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Capable of working independently and managing workload effectively. Full UK driving licence required.
