Salary: Up to £28,500

The role and what you’ll be doing:

As a Service Desk Engineer fluent in French, you will provide top-tier technical support to our contract customers, reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader.

Key responsibilities include:

• Resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.
• Troubleshooting and managing networks and servers.
• Following Littlefish standards and meeting customer SLAs.
• Communicating clearly with customers to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Fluency in French is essential.
• Experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT service desk or similar technical role.
• Experience with ITSM software.
• Knowledge of remote support tools.
• Strong understanding of Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and enterprise networks.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Anti-Virus, printing, and hardware.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
