Responsibilities
- 2nd line+ support (no juniors)
- Troubleshoot a range of issues – quick research is fine
- Directly support senior finance clients (CEOs, VPs)
- Work calmly and professionally under pressure
- Collaborate with a remote global team (UK, Scotland, South Korea)
Requirements
- Strong MSP background – essential
- Ability to work independently without constant escalation
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to gain AZ/MS-900 certification (funded by the company)
