An exciting opportunity awaits you at a premier Managed Service Provider, where you\'ll assume the role of a Service Desk Engineer working with leading Financial Services clients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch technical support to esteemed Financial Services clients located throughout London.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support across Microsoft 365 (M365), Windows Server, VMware, and Networking for Financial Services clients.
  • Work in a fully remote capacity with shift patterns: Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday, 7am–7pm.
