Responsibilities
- Sole engineer on shift – confident working without junior backup
- 2nd line+ troubleshooting across various technologies
- Direct contact with senior finance clients
- Calm and professional approach under pressure
Requirements
- Proven MSP background
- Able to resolve issues independently
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Willingness to gain AZ/MS-900 certification (funded by the company)
